About the Play: A farce of mistaken identities. When Rev. John Smith rents an apartment in the same building as John Smith the owner of race horses while both Mrs. Smiths are out of town, the return of both wives to the same apartment causes confusion – along with jewel thieves, an actress, a bachelor ne’er do well, the savvy new maid, bumbling policemen, and a dodgy uncle in a fast-paced romp of a comedy. |
